ROE - Return on Engagement
I love this simple example of the real time opportunity on Twitter to engage consumers during the decision process. Because the initial post was public, both Mr. Softee and Tasti D-Lite (managed by yours truly) had a brief window of time to potentially influence the outcome.
You can see the result, but how do you measure return on real time engagement? Would love to get your comments.
